  • Rescheduling / Cancellation: free of charge up to 6 hours before the lesson; later cancellations may be charged.
  • Delivery: online or on-site by arrangement.
  • Payment: TWINT, bank transfer, cash or invoice (monthly / by block). Prices in CHF.
  • Materials: Teaching materials and handouts are protected by copyright; sharing requires prior consent.
  • Results: No guarantee for specific exam outcomes – work is goal-oriented and transparent.
  • Translations/Subtitling: performed diligently to the best of knowledge; terminology aligned with the client. Confidential documents are handled discreetly.

Privacy Policy

Personal data are processed only where necessary for communication and contract fulfilment (e.g., name, contact details, contents of your request). Data are not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary to fulfil the contract.

  • Communication: Contact via email. Please note: despite transport encryption, emails may have security gaps.

  • Retention: Correspondence and invoices are stored according to statutory retention periods and then deleted.
